Well well, I'm back on the coast again. Nothing fantastic, caught a short nap when i was back, caught up with althea and my bro, repacked the whole kitchen and it looks so neat now and had dinner. Mom sabo-ed me by forgetting to set roaming for me as she was too tired and i was so helpless staring at my phone stating for emergency calls only. It was lucky that another sg girl whom i knew was staying at the same place, however i was pretty much stuck outside the door as both althea and my bro were still sleeping -.- terrible sia. I had to lug everything up and knock the door so loud that the other end of the apartment could probably hear. Thankfully customs were fast today and i somewhat made a new friend "amos" who's studying in UQ (where else but UQ) lol.

The last few days in sg were fun. Spent hrs on thurs to colour and cut my hair, fri was spent doing my nails in the morn before rushing home to get ready for dinner. Went to turf city for commando's dinner and it was lucky that we went early as we got a free ring tour. Saw horses up close and personal and watched a round of horse racing. It is quite adrenaline pumping to watch the whole race and I can imagine why people would actually travel so far each time just to watch and bet on horses. My shoe pretty much gave way quite early into the dinner and I thank my lucky stars that I was still able to walk in it although i probably looked weird somewhat limping along the way. Had to pretty much hold on to Aw while walking to try to minimise my shoe from breaking apart on me.

Dinner was pretty relaxed since Aw helped me get the food since it was buffet style. As usual friends were nice and some of their dates were nice too. Watching the horse race from the VIP box was quite different and each time it's nearing the start of the race you'd see everyone gathering round. Too bad it was only a visual treat which kinda killed the thrill that one would get watching from the grandstand. Entertainment wasn't too bad. Quite thankful I get to experience such dinners since I never did get the chance to join boon last time, however much i would have loved to.

Sat was pretty much a mad race against time. Had to drag myself up in the morning to pack my luggage before heading out for lunch and the usual last visits to temple and grandparent's place. Rushed home for last minute packings and thankfully Aw came by to help otherwise it would have been quite troublesome for mom and me to settle everything ourselves especially with the pouring rain. Somehow I feel like i was leaving with a heavy heart this trip. For some reason I just didnt feel like getting on that plane. Maybe it's due to not going back till end dec the longest ever trip. Maybe like mom said i feel there isnt much to look forward to. Maybe it's the friendships ganered this trip. Maybe it's due to my fickle heart. Maybe it's due to possibilities. Either way despite me saying that it's fated for me not to leave - the rain, the shoe, the heavily excess baggage which had me repacking my stuff for the first time, the flight delaying for close to an hr - the irony is that for once the trip was smooth. No turbulance this time, no sudden dips of plane. But as always I sat till my legs felt numb and got slightly swollen due to the lack of space. Food wasn't too fantastic either.

School starts tmr. arghhhhhhhhh
