School has started, and I guess I would say it did somewhat start on a good note. First lecture on monday, the studying mood hasn't jump started yet, but then again i doubt it'll start for the rest of the sem so who cares. Met up with some friends before going for lecture, for once I know people who are in my lecture so it would be a motivation to go for class for once. Lecture was alright, lecturer wasnt that interesting and she loves to mumble her thoughts to herself and sometimes i wonder if she realises that she actually is having a lecture. and apparently she's thought this modules for quite a few sems. me thinks i'd have to put in extra effort since it's been ages since i did any of the pre requisites and i stupidly had to do 2 OB-like modules the last year. Hmmmm.
Anyway 2nd day was a wash out, headed to Nathan campus 2.5 hrs early. Headed to southbanks, took the bus, was told to stop at the wrong campus, ended up at mt gravett, had to walk 3k to Nathan apparently, took a wrong turn, had to retrace, ended up walking in the forest, saw a really dark and long tunnel, sky was turning dark and decided to fuck it and asked Timothy to pick kor and I up for dinner. Many thanks to him, at least it was a nice dinner to end a really shitty day. At least now I've a place to stay every tuesday instead of heading back all in the dark and waiting at train stations which apparently have high murder rates -.-
Went to library to find textbooks yesterday and it was quite a haul, managed to find 3 of 4 textbooks. Shall decide if i want to just keep it and pay the fine or just photocopy it.
