It's here! The last day of the year! I do hope next year's going to be a better year. After having such a weird year, I think it's time for things to look up.
This year showed me
-many friends/coursemate getting married
-some kids on the way
-a fellow coursemate passing on
-many friends that arent true
-living overseas alone
-traveling around alone
-making new friends
-losing people close to heart
I guess many other things have happened but as usual I don't regret anything, because I believe that life's too short to have regrets and if a mistake is made one should find ways to rectify it instead of regretting it.
I hope with 2009,
-i will getting minimum Distinctions
-i will exercise once every two weeks
-i will work hard to earn enough to: buy SLR camera, go KL and Tawiwan, car, digital cam (since I dropped mine yesterday and it's a lil spoilt :( )
-learn more skills
Meanwhile it's been fun having Gary around, it's a perfect opportunity to act like a tourist without anyone thinking otherwise. Tsuey and Arnaud's finally here and it's time for more touristy fun =p

Christmas is over! I can't believe it. Xmas eve dinner at Bali Thai was fun, Xmas lunch at Jacks as per tradition was better. As usual there were the party hats and novelties and it was fun taking photos with the family. Night was spent meeting up with aw, thumb, brent, jesse and jesse to go sing karaoke. Aw left early but the night's still young =p
Next day was spent going around sentosa, was kinda stoning since I hardly slept and it was tiring after seeing the massive crowds of people. Went to Images of Singapore, brought back familiar memories, went to Merlion and certain people pissed me off, it was tiring walking through Fort but interesting at the same time. 4D was such a failure since the queue was sooooooooooooo long. Didnt get to watch it in the end. With all the walking I've done the past few days I wont need to go to the gym for the next few weeks =p
Met up with Jon Jon today and it was great =) His family's so cute, especially his dad, reminds me abit of dad but funnier at the same time. It was nice talking to his sisters too. Hopefully you can join us for countdown =p
Kinda sleepy so I shall update soon. To those I havent met up with, after new year meet up please! To those i met up with, more meet ups! =p

I just realised the Christmas spent in China was two years ago lol
Last year's was spent at HSBC, made gingerbread cookies for the first time and not forgetting brownies. hard work but really fun =)

Merry Christmas all!
One year ago we were singing at Suzhou's hotel lobby and performed in front of guest. Our first time caroling and it was quite fun. Listening to Christmas carols don't fail to bring back memories.
Time flies. It's been 1 year since. Memories last forever ey. Our first Christmas away from home, our first carols, decorating our hostel aka basement hostel, shopping for decorations and all.
This year's Christmas pales in comparison. Only got gifts for 2 friends, yet to buy mom's present (I want to buy her something she likes and we haven't found anything suitable yet). Not much Christmas mood in the air, no Christmas tree, I probably only have like 1 present but still it's special, because I'm spending it with family.
Christmas dinner with grandma, grandpa and aunt, Christmas service at church, a day in town with friends from aussie on Christmas eve, more friends visiting soon.
It's the season for giving. And to all my friends, I give my love, may you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Cheers!

Busy busy busy. X'mas is coming up and I've mom's present left to buy. Dental on thursday was bad, finally hit the gym after that. Didnt do much tho lol, plan to start off slow.
Friday was fun. Meeting dearest Serene for lunch and shopping. Been ages since I've seen her and she's getting prettier each time =)
Met Wei Qi and Aw for dinner and chit chat session, as usual Aw never fails to amuse us with his jokes lol. But I also saw that he's changed a little, for the better for sure. Made me think, all of us are growing up and we're all changing but nonetheless I hope we can all still meet up at least once a year in future =)
Lunch and shopping with mom on sat was fun. Was supposed to meet Aw an hour earlier to buy presents but he was late and as expected the rest were late. I even managed to go Tangs to buy a gift and queued in a really long queue at the cashiers.
Dinner was at NYDC. Glad to see more than the usual few. Kai Wei, Yasin, Ivan, Aw, Xue Yun and Andrew graced us with his presence =p Headed to Coffee Bean to chill and Teddy joined us. Played some card games before heading to fashion bar with teddy and ivan for look see. Drinks here really cost a bomb man! I guess that's why people usually open bottles.
Christmas dinner tonight was rather interesting. Helped with the preperation and had fun chatting with grandparents and aunt. Simple family dinners are nice. The log cake was very much to my liking and the chocolate used was good =) I'd recommend it to everyone! lol. It's from the chocolate shop outside vivocity's giant. Should try it. =)
Cant wait for more outings! =)

Finally went to the gym today. Surprisingly they remember me, then again mom was with me lol. I shall work hard to get a kickass body before i go back to aussie land =p
Dental today was rather painful, seems like there was too much blood so i couldnt get my filling done.
Drove a little today. Slight improvements. Should drive more often. Nearly crashed into a car yesterday coz i couldnt see it but luckily it was traveling slowly.
Went with pammie the other day to dye hair, had ya kun, oyster mee sua and chicken cutlet. my appetite's coming back again =) time to put on weight.
Lunch and window shopping with beavan the other day was fun. Saw one or two items that caught my eye. hopefully i can go back to get it next week =)

Drove from NTU to home just now.
Rather good, apparently i sped at times and at least it was a slightly better attempt then the other time.
Parking was good, straight and in the first time.
I'm just wasting my first week away but I dont really care =p lol

Woots, finally get to drive after so long and I'm so out of touch. Nearly scratched the car just now coz I tend to keep to the left too much. Was made to drive the highway which was relatively okay, thankfully. I guess coz it's a weird hour so there's not much cars. Nearly had an accident when I was driving up the carpark. Had to get my dad to do reverse parking for me coz I wasn't too sure about it.
Nonetheless, it was fun hahaha. Better luck next time girl.

I'm finally back home. It was a really bumpy ride, literally.
Flight was delayed for a bit because apparently it was delayed in Syd where the plane came from. After that the flight was full of turbulence, and the funny thing is when the captain warns us beforehand and turns on the seatbelt sign, it really didnt seem like there was any turbulence, however when there was no warning the turbulence was really terrible. We could even feel the plane dipping for a few seconds which was scary, I felt quite sick at some point and I even had to stop eating for quite some time so as not to spill any food/drink on me. And when it rains it pours, when we landed, apparently the previous plane broke the tollbar (whatever that is) and we had to wait around 10 min for a replacement to be found. Luggage took quite some time as well.
Well it doesnt really matter anymore I guess, what matters is I'm home safe.
Feels kinda weird being home though. Oh well, I guess I'd get used to it.
To Jon and Zahiyah, have a safe trip tomorrow. Bon voyage and see you in singapore soon =)

Done enrolling and waiting for the shuttle now. Luggage's all zipped up and I hope I won't forget anything. But oh well, I can always buy it in sg.
If only enrollment opened at 8am, I could get another hour of sleep. But oh well, hopefully I can catch it up on the plane. I've no idea what I'm going to do since I'd reach the airport around 10ish? Sigh. Shall buy a book and stay in a cafe somewhere. I'm sorry but no souvenirs this time round.

I've moved. 2 days of cleaning and packing is enough to kill especially since i only eat maybe 1-2 meals a day if i'm lucky. spent hours scrubbing the stove, cleaning soap slime, on my knees cleaning the toilet and today the kitchen. My knees are bruised. I've no idea why. I have to unpack before packing up to go back singapore. WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm so sick of packing/unpacking.
I can't wait to see you tomorrow. I miss you already. I hope fate is making a fool of us and I want you by my side next semester.
All other problems should just disappear.

I just feel like screaming man. Shit.
Moving house tmr and I've barely packed. So not in the mood.

Pretty much what I expected, for once I was confident I could get Credits for most of it and although I didn't get my HD, at least I got one D.
