So I'm back from the little sunny island and back to the dark cold nights of Gold Coast.
I guess it happened around last week where I met serene and her friend for dinner at vivo. It was rather fun. Met yasin, aw, boon, ivan, weiqi and kaiwei on friday and thanks to dearest daddy, I got to spend more time with them whilst he watch The Dark Knight with mummy. Had my advanced birthday celebration on sat and it was perfect. I loved the place and the food and definately the company. Many thanks to my relatives and friends who turned up and I hope they had fun. Birthday cake was childish, I know but I love it so there =p. Watch The Dark Knight on tues with favourite mentis aaron, charles and xiao hui. It was rather fun, couple seats were comfortable and the movie wasn't as bad as I thought. Felt that it was a little too draggy but nonetheless good. Had fun teasing aaron who insisted on staying through the credits and of course I had to head home to pack.
Made a new pair of specs and together with my new clothes, it was definately not my usual style. Lets hope changes are for the better just like my eye sight going down. May I not need to wear specs one day haha.
Rather exciting trip heading back with amanda and we were greeted by cold and rainy brisbane. After what seem forever, we reached home and it feels oh-so-familiar again.
Did random stuff since we came back like going to the movies, to my friend's place to sing karaoke (how cool is that to have a ktv set in your own home), played with her flatmate's guinea pig which made me miss my babies, went to brisbane and it was a really exciting ride since the tracks were closed and we had buses to bring us to the nearest available station. It was coordinated rather well I must say.
School's starting tomorrow and I'm not looking forward to it lol. Why no back to school dinner this time round?
